1. Agreement
By using this website, its installable app or its API (the "Service") you agree to these terms and to our Privacy & Cookies Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
The Service generates astrological and esoteric interpretations (Western, Vedic, Chinese and related traditions) from birth details you enter. These traditions are not scientifically validated. The output is offered for personal reflection and entertainment only.
3. Not professional advice
Nothing produced by the Service is medical, psychological, nutritional, financial, investment, legal, insurance, travel or safety advice, and it must not be relied on as such. In particular:
- Sections about health, constitution, "preventative timelines", diets, herbs or exercise do not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Consult a qualified medical professional. In an emergency contact your local emergency services.
- Sections about wealth, income, debt, speculation or "windfalls" are not financial advice and do not predict outcomes. Consult a licensed adviser before financial decisions.
- Sections about "caution windows" for road, fire, water, air travel or animals are speculative interpretations. They are not risk assessments; follow ordinary safety practice at all times.
- Sections about relationships, fertility, family or careers are interpretive prompts, not predictions or professional counselling.
Any decision you make remains entirely your own responsibility.
4. Access and your responsibilities
- Access is by invitation. Sign-in codes are personal: do not share them, and tell us if you suspect someone else has used your address. We may suspend or revoke access at any time.
- The birth details you submit are stored together with your email address, as described in the Privacy & Cookies Notice.
- You must be an adult (18 or older, or the age of majority where you live).
- Only enter another person's birth details with their permission or lawful authority.
- Use the Service lawfully and fairly: do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures, scrape or bulk-download content, or interfere with other users.
- The API is provided for personal and reasonable use; automated access may be limited or blocked.
5. Intellectual property
The software, texts, designs and generated report formats are owned by or licensed to The operator of this service. You may download and keep readings for your personal, non-commercial use. You retain any rights in the details you enter.
6. Availability and changes
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The operator of this service is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service or its output, including decisions about health, money, relationships, travel or safety. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
